A plain-language overview of how ClockIN currently handles information. Effective 28 August 2026.
This can include account details, profile information, projects, posts, skills, applications, messages, community activity, opportunity information, settings, feedback and files you intentionally upload.
ClockIN may process service activity such as sign-in events, page interactions, notification state, security signals and timestamps needed to operate features, prevent abuse and understand product reliability.
We use information to provide accounts and profiles, run feed and messaging features, match or display opportunities, operate communities, provide ATS and project tools, maintain security, respond to support requests, improve the product and comply with applicable obligations.
Public profile, project and post information can be visible to other people according to the product’s visibility controls. Private application, account-security, contact and messaging data is handled according to the relevant feature and access rules. Review your Settings before publishing sensitive information.
ClockIN relies on infrastructure and service providers to run the product and may process data through them only as needed for the service. If you follow or import information from a third-party service such as GitHub or Vercel, that service remains governed by its own privacy policy.
As currently designed, ClockIN does not sell personal information to advertisers or give advertisers access to private conversations. If the business model materially changes, this notice will be updated before that change is applied.
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and integrity, resolve disputes, meet legitimate operational needs or comply with legal requirements. Different data can have different retention periods.
ClockIN uses access controls and platform security features intended to protect data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Use a strong password, enable two-factor authentication when available, and report suspicious activity promptly.
